Jin Shin Jyutsu

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient healing art rediscovered in Japan around 1912 by Jiro Murai (1886-1960), raised to human consciousness and brought to the West by Mary Burmeister as his gift.

(Jap. 仁 神 術, Jinshinjyutsu, dt. "The Art of the Creator by the Knowing, Compassionate Man") is a "harmonizing art" that harmonizes the life energy in the body (Qi, Chinese 氣 / 气 - Ki, jap. き /気).

Jin Shin Jyutsu works with twenty-six "Safety Energy Locks" (SES) designed to bring life into our bodies. If one or more of these trajectories are blocked, the resulting stagnation should disrupt the flow of energy in that zone and ultimately confound the entire flow pattern of energy. To hold certain combinations of the energy locks of a person with his hands should be able to balance him mentally, physically and mentally. Jin Shin Jyutsu can be used both as a self-help and by a trained practitioner.
