The terms "spine-base therapy" and "spine-base balance" (WBA) are used interchangeably.
Spine-to-base balancing uses acupuncture massage, ear acupuncture, various manual techniques, and postural training to correct maladjustment and sustain the skeleton in its natural posture.
The spine-base balance method goes back to the Swiss masseur and naturopath Rolf Ott (born 1947).
